Nature of Donations

All donations, seva contributions, sankalp offerings, and financial support made through this website are voluntary and devotional in nature. Contributions are offered towards religious, spiritual, cultural, educational, and public welfare activities conducted by the organising Trust.

Donations are accepted in good faith and are used strictly for purposes aligned with dharmic principles and trust objectives.

  • Annadan, Gau Seva, and charitable services

  • Accommodation, logistics, and infrastructure

  • Educational, cultural, and outreach programs

The Trust reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to fulfil its objectives.

Once a contribution is successfully processed:

  • It cannot be cancelled

  • It cannot be reversed

  • It cannot be transferred to another individual

This applies to all online and offline donations unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical error

  • Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction

  • Transaction failure where funds were deducted but not received

Such requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date with valid proof.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Through the original payment method

  • Within 7–14 working days, subject to bank or gateway timelines

The Trust is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.

Seva & Sankalp Specifics

  • Seva contributions are symbolic and spiritual in nature

  • Sankalp participation does not guarantee specific outcomes

  • Allocation of seva is subject to availability and Yagna requirements

Refunds are not applicable once seva or sankalp is confirmed.

Tax Exemption & Receipts

Donations eligible under Section 80G / 12A / CSR will receive receipts as per applicable laws.

In case of refund approval:

  • The corresponding donation receipt shall be considered cancelled

  • Donor must not claim tax benefits for refunded amounts
